In the mountains above Leavenworth and the wild shores of Lake Wenatchee, the land gathers itself into a rare and potent convergence. This region sits in the quiet cradle between three natural vortices — places where the Earth’s energy feels concentrated, uplifted, and unmistakably alive. These are the scablands of Eastern Washington where glaciers carved furrows and left ancient deposits as they broke their dams and headed to the sea; the North Cascades where ancient Lemurians still hold sacred connection with the space that was their homeland; and the Peninsula rainforests where millennia old guardians still hold their territory parallel to human habitat, hidden and sacred. Here, the air carries a clarity that opens the chest, the forests hum with a subtle intelligence, and the mountains hold a presence that feels both ancient and intimately near.
Guidance knows this area as resonant with the High Heart of the Earth — the energetic center connected with compassion, guardianship, collective healing, and higher service. It’s a landscape that invites you to breathe deeper, soften into your own truth, and feel the subtle expansion of the thymus: the gateway between personal love and collective awakening. The land itself remembers and encourages coherence, connection, and a sense of gently rocking, held in adoration from above.
At the Summer Solstice, this region is ever more luminous. The longest light of the year pours through the valleys and across the lakes and rivers, illuminating the inner and outer landscapes with equal brilliance. It’s a time when the veil between the seen and unseen thins, when the Earth’s upward-rising energy meets the sun at its peak, and when the High Heart frequency becomes especially accessible. In this season, the land feels like a living temple — spacious, radiant, and ready to support profound transformation.
This retreat invites you to step into that field: to breathe with the mountain winds, listen to the whispering pines, and attune your own High Heart to the Earth’s. Fly into SeaTac or Paine Field in Everett, Washington. Arrange transportation to Leavenworth. Like last year, a telegram chat will be available to those who would like to connect and arrange transportation together to share costs of rental cars. We may even have someone willing to ferry people back and forth for a fee, if someone chooses. Our spot is just a two hour drive from the international airport.
Stay Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning to check out by 11 am. Optional extra night on the 17th for an additional fee for those who wish to extend their time and explore the area more.
This is such a rich region, both in the mountains, at Lake Wenatchee, in the quaint town of Leavenworth with its Nordic theme, on nearby behemoth and spiritual vortex Mt. Rainier, and in the Puget Sound region itself. If you like partially destroyed and mostly degraded cities, Seattle is also neat. Feel free to extend your stay on your own and explore. This is my stomping grounds, where I lived from ages 4 to 38, so I’m a wealth of information for the entire state. I’d love to give you tips and suggestions, catered to what you’re excited to see and do.
